let’s just be real about yes yeah but persons that want to get up in the morning must us work out in the morning yet you argue this is the big opportunity this is the opportunity because before the day kind of swallows you you got to show up for yourself just like you brush your teeth and your teeth are tiny compared to the rest of your body you got to connect to your whole body it deserves some time and I’m only asking for seven minutes the first move that you’re gonna do you’re gonna prove to yourself that you’ve got yourself literally physically on one hand okay let’s go so here then you’re gonna take that leg back into a lunge position here okay so here we go we’re gonna scoop and switch your foot and lunge okay so scoop lift your hips lift your hips – this is working your lower abs and other leg okay yeah yeah other leg so you’re gonna scoop lift up this is your working your arm lift your hips working your abs plant your foot and lunch good job like neck you can do 20 to 30 of these yes I’m serious 20 to 30 yeah yeah once you get good at it but we’re gonna make a difference okay I feel like are you doing this let me wait let me see this lunch look daddy’s back yes dr. lund good job and then through is he got it yes I’ve got it I promise I have it alright alright within the next move which you’re gonna do is you’re gonna bridge up so it’s nice to just to just expand through the back here and then what we’re gonna do is dip back down and then again on your arm you’re gonna lift up and you’re gonna kick your leg to the ceiling okay back down these are weight transfers so when you’re using your own body as resis resistance and transferring your weight you know a lot of people don’t want to get up off the couch this is like proof that no matter what happens in your day you can you can get up weight transfers yeah we’re transferring the weight and lifting good job okay ready for another one okay so we’re gonna do a push-up are you ready I like this yes good a push-up so just a regular push-up drop back down and then you’re gonna roll to your back and kick your legs straight up to the ceiling stretch through the back of your knees roll back around push it up so you’re getting your heart rate going roll and lift right I love these transfers I tell you yeah they’re a little abstract but they help with momentum so they require you to really know where your body is traveling in space and I like for you to get really good at distributing your own energy okay so the next one we’re gonna start here and we’re gonna take a leg back another leg back into a plank then we’re gonna take a the inside leg and place it in and then we’re gonna stand up so it’s really inconvenient to stand up you’re using the glute and the app so back down down inside foot and lift and stand up yeah okay this proving that no matter what happens in your day you also can just get up right you can handle it guys doing okay back there that you can you can burn a little sweat in seven minutes okay good job and then for the last one all I want you to do is get into a lunge position and you’re gonna hold your up you’re going to basically clench that booty right I got my I got my and then we’re gonna bring one leg in so the leg is like a lever of resistance against your hips and your glutes and your arm is working and how to cope with these crazy ideas oh my gosh I mean I’ve been doing this for like 15 years I love that yay I really do like to do that for so long about it you have the transfers you have us getting our muscles a little confused yeah you gotta pay attention yes they could tell my to breath I’m pretty good shape in less than seven minutes yeah seven minute the brain is involved because your brains involved we’re with the seven minute workout of dr. oz calm all the moves how to do them how to get them right take advantage there everybody a Jake she’s got a brand new streaming real-time workout video that’s an example of it on dr. oz I can’t put him there as well right back be sure to subscribe to my channel so you don’t miss anything remember to check back often to see what’s new

[Music] good morning everybody and welcome to my 2019 morning routine I like to film these in the beginning of every single year because it’s kind of like a fresh start in how I go about my day so first thing I always make my bed a clean room just a clean mind I live by that then I always head down Amelie after to eat breakfast it’s like I have to eat right when I wake up because I’m starving but before that I always have a glass of water because I’m so thirsty in the morning it’s literally insane once I’ve done my water though I start preparing my green tea I used to drink coffee but I’m pretty sure coffee was giving me acne so I’ve moved on to green tea and honestly I really really really enjoy it it’s a really like clean drink like you feel very like refreshed and clean while drinking it it doesn’t feel heavy or anything like that so I love having a green tea first thing in the morning [Music] next up I start preparing my breakfast so I have a pretty heavy protein filled big breakfast because I do exercise in the morning so I like to have a big breakfast because I really rely on food to fuel me when I’m working out and exercising if I don’t eat enough I have no energy so I always like to have a fruit I’ll have some sort of turkey bacon is usually what I have and usually I’ll have eggs as well not every morning I do mix it up and have oatmeal somedays but a lot of the days I do have eggs and turkey bacon which I know some people don’t think is healthy but for me it makes me feel really good [Music] before my breakfast I always make sure takes my supplements so I will list down below every supplement that I take so that you guys want to start taking them you can they’re obviously not a necessity but they do make me feel better the one that I do recommend especially for women is to take a probiotic so I take those before I eat my breakfast [Music] next up I wanted to talk to you guys about a really amazing brand that I’m working with for this portion the gym so I always just kind of lay out my outfit what I’m gonna be wearing at the gym I always were basically the same thing and my sneakers are always Puma because I’m obsessed with Puma sneakers so I just kind of where’d this cropped bra top longline thing my leggings are from Lululemon and I have a sports bar underneath because that actually cropped up doesn’t have a lot of support net and then I also just wear my new sneakers that are from Puma as well and then I make sure to brush my teeth and I made sure to include this so nobody can say I did not brush my teeth because here I am brushing them right here on screen and then I make sure to apply deodorant cuz you don’t want to stink this is the coppery deodorant so it’s a natural deodorant which it’s mostly better for you I know there’s a lot of things about deodorant being bad for you and then I go to the gym because it’s time to train ourselves and get that workout go in so let’s go to the gym [Music] so then I had to the gym at the gym my favorite warm out is the stair climber or Stairmaster I tend to go on it for 10 minutes ish and then what I like to do after is some glute activation this really targets your butt and make sure that your butt knows that that’s what you’re working so I always do this first I do three rounds of that before I move on to some of my glute and like exercises that I do which are a lot I do a lot of them and I do a bunch of different ones but yeah I always make sure to activate the booty first and foremost [Music] so for my morning routine I didn’t want to fill my entire workout but I thought I would show you one of my all-time favorite exercises for the booty which is the hip thrust you want to go heavy with this as heavy as you can and weight and you’re just gonna thrust your hips up and squeeze those glutes while you’re doing it it is the best thing to grow a good movie another thing I always make sure to add app exercises into all of my workouts just doing some abs at the end of your workout really will help define those abs and give you the dream body that you want once I get home from the gym it is time to shower because we don’t want to stink I wasn’t washing my hair this day but I did wash my body I like the Olay whip body wash it’s really nice and I also just use this aqm a skin enhancing face wash while I was in the shower and then once I got out of the shower it was time to do the rest of my skincare routine the pixie glow tonic one of my all-time faves so nice a really amazing toner it does wonders for my skin even though my skin obviously is not perfect but it really helps I find so I love that one then I use these Sunday Riley’s CEO vitamin C serum vitamin C really helps just with dark spots and evening out your skin texture it’s one of the main things that dermatologists recommend that you put into your skincare routine then I use just this daily balancing moisturizer I can not say the name of that brand to save my life so I’m not even gonna butcher it and then yeah that’s basically my skincare routine [Music] one thing that I really highly recommend if you want to be organized in 2019 is to get yourself a planner and start planning out your days and your weeks in writing everything down it really really changed the game for me and of course at some point I checked social media because I cannot be stopped I’m obsessed with social
